I'm a brand and creative executive who builds category-defining brands through systems thinking, cultural insight, and disciplined execution. My work sits at the intersection of brand, product, and trust — shaping how companies show up, scale responsibly, and earn long-term customer loyalty.

I co-founded Exact Media, an enterprise ad platform serving P&G, L'Oréal, and Unilever. I designed advertiser workflows and the ad-tech stack, partnering closely with engineering to automate campaign planning and measurement. Exact Media scaled to $6.5M revenue in under 18 months, raised $2M, grew from 4 to 50 people, and was acquired in 2019.

Over the past eight years I've founded and led Launch Pop, helping launch and scale 100+ consumer brands. My teams operate like internal platforms — partnering with founders, engineers, and data to design experimentation frameworks and go-to-market systems.

I also created a proprietary Meta signal-testing framework that uses ads as a research engine for audience insight, positioning, and product–market fit. This approach took More Labs to $1M in 90 days and informed the Liquid IV rebrand ahead of its $400M exit.

Action
Used my Meta signal-testing framework — running ads as a research engine to surface high-intent audiences, winning storylines, and value propositions. Repositioned the brand from party novelty to a science-backed productivity tool. Focused early spend on category education via Product Hunt, Indiegogo, Entrepreneur Magazine, and founder-led storytelling.

Problem
A high-growth brand preparing to scale, but lacking a unified system across product lines, marketing, retail, and philanthropy. Risk of fragmentation as growth accelerated.
Action
Led a data-informed brand audit to identify what was working and what wasn't. Reframed the brand narrative and built a scalable brand system that aligned messaging, creative, and execution across teams and channels — ready for retail, category expansion, and acquisition.

Problem
Rapid growth exposed fragmented workflows across campaign planning, execution, billing, and reporting. Manual processes created friction, risk, and trust issues for enterprise advertisers.
Action
Led product design for the enterprise advertising platform used by P&G, L'Oréal, and Unilever. Conducted deep workflow research across ops, sales, and engineering; mapped end-to-end journeys; redesigned the system as a unified platform. Partnered closely with engineering to translate strategy into build-ready designs.

Problem

Ran signal-testing research, market + user research, and positioning work to reframe vitamins as real food. Built the brand story, positioning, and system from the ground up. Fostered a private beta community where early users co-created the brand prior to launch — every GTM decision informed by real signal.

Rael was a top-performing feminine-care brand on Amazon, competing with category leaders like Always. To scale and build long-term equity, they needed to own the customer relationship through DTC.
Action
Conducted deep analysis of customer reviews to understand the language, emotional drivers, and trust signals that differentiated Rael from legacy brands. Translated insight into a clear brand narrative, website copy, and product callouts that elevated the brand while preserving category authority.

Problem
BBI's internal eCommerce team needed a creative partner who could concept and deliver on-brand, high-performing, fast assets — across a growing portfolio.
Action
Designed a content pipeline with clear briefs, weekly cadence, performance feedback loops, and one review system across brands. Embedded creative, strategy, and production to move at internal-team speed without internal-team overhead.
Result
Highest-revenue prospecting creative in Q1 2023 (peak 9.26 ROAS, 42% conversion). Bio Ionic +30% return MoM. Ouidad travel-size SKUs sold out. Powered the Wet Brush DTC site launch and one of Bio Ionic's most successful launches in company history.

Recast a family heritage brand as a modern pantry staple — without losing its soul.

Problem
A beloved family-owned brand with deep authenticity and a loyal base, but packaging and creative that didn't communicate its quality story to new shoppers. Shelf and digital presence weren't doing the product justice.
Action
Led creative direction and brand system design — translating the founder's heritage story into a clear visual and verbal identity. Built a pantry-staple language of craft typography, warm photography, and editorial storytelling — then extended it across packaging, site, and ad creative.
Result
